Hmm... well we're sort of following that plan. I think we've been doing it every 3 days and now are going to start every other day. We'll see if it works. Oh and did they mention anything about men abstaining from "solo excercise"? hehe Thanks for the note!

Well I didn't know that, the first day of your cycle is the first when it starts to flow. I always thought it was when you start showing. Bloody hell, at my age, maybe I should have known better!! Now all my calculations will have been wrong. Thank god for the new year so I can start afresh in my new diary (too many scribbles in this one!!)
