Lloyds lube (not as dodgy as it sounds)

I brought some Lloyds home brand lube the other day now it says on the back that its not to be used as a contraception because it doesnt contain any spermacides.
Do you think this will be ok to use in replacement of preeseed till I can get some or will it just end up killing the sperm like most other lubes?

Now I know some people will be thinking why dont I just get some preeseed but the problem is I cant use my card on the internet and if i keep waiting for hubby to order it id have more luck with a immaculate Conception

Lol @ immaculate conception, it shouldnt kill the sperm if its advising it cant be used as a contraception? xx

I think it depends on the pH, which might be hard to find out. Preseed is the same as sperm hence why it prolonges the sperm life......give it a bash. I steal oh paypal login details to pay for mine. lol!

I love my butterfly, found it online the other day, makes a change from the old blinkies I had there that were just depressing me lol xx

I think the non-spemicidal ones that aren't designed specifically as a conception aid just make it a little harder for the swimmers to swim

Normal lubes are thicker hunny so stop the spermn from swimming as easily and also they tend to have a different PH balance which can kill some of them.

Thats why I didnt use it in the end, to me it felt a bit too thick to do any good at the time i though oh well anything gotta be better then nothing but ill just save it for none ttc fun
