Is my BBT accurate enough?

I have never used one of these before. I bought one from CVS Pharmacy but now Im not sure if it's accurate enough. It says it reads 1/100th of a degree and the accuracy says 0.2 F. Im just confused because I thought in order for it to be really accurate, it needs to .1? Any advice? Should I get a better one?

reading to 1/100th of a degree is ideal - that way your temp will be for example 97.37 rather than 97.3 and you will see a lot more variation in your chart.
good luck!
