I have been reading through some threads to get advice on the best way to concieve .... however my head is complety buzzing from info... so thought if I could have it in one thread would make my head less confused lol ...

So far I have ovulation dates sorted using webbased calenders but 2 different calenders said different things.. not that it bothers me as its always fun....

But what else can help????

Im not sure exactly what your asking, but you should use Fertility Friend. It really helps you chart your cycles and figure out when your ovulating and such.

I am going to try the SMEP method this month, you could look into that.

You could try preseed. Its a sperm friendly lube that you use around ovulation.

You could take agnus castus (vitex) or drink it in a tea which is what I do, its called Fertilitea. It also has ladies mantle, nettle leaf, green tea and red rasp leaf tea which promote reproductive health.

What all do you want to know? There are a lot of things you can do to help in ttc.
