is my cycle bk to normal?

how do u no if ur cycle is bk to normal?
i only stopped taking my pill last month.my period this month is bright red!
i read that it is a good thing coz its fresh (new).could that be my cycle getting bk to normal?

It sounds great hon - I know some don't get theirs for a very long time after getting off BCP and some have really long cycles - so you are doing great! XO

Why not chart or keep a record every month, thats probably the only way to tell for sure. X

i think the best way is to do what mazza suggested i thought mine was getting back to normal but not so sure now so plan to temp and record good luck!
