i need help lol


right i think i have just lost a baby at a month and i didnt relise how much i wanted to have children untill i saw the positive test.
now i want to try an concieve again but i need abit of help lol
im only 17 and im not sure on wens the best times to try can you pleaseeeeeeeeee help me thanks xxxxxxx

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.

to answer your question - around the time that you ovulate huni

Your cervical mucas (discharge) will go creamy sorta like hand lotion, then it'll go clear and the consistancy of uncooked egg white, that's when you're most fertile.

If you have a 28 day cycle it's 'estimated' that would be around day 14 (estimated smack bang in the middle of your cycle) - but that doesn't work for everyone

You could try ovulation predictor kits or basal body temperature recording (you can buy a kit for £5 in boots) to help you define when you ovulate too.
