Should i be taking Vitimins and Folic acid etc

Perhaps this is silly and i am sure it may have been covered in other posts..

I am not taking anything and having had a miscarrage at 11 weeks back in feb and this was out first time TTC since.

Any advice welcome -

i think its upto you, i know alot of girls take B vits, epo, pregnacare vits, AC etc...

i went to the docs to let him know i was ttc (incase it took a long time and i would be able to return in exactly 12 months and be seen for bloods etc) and the only thing he told me to take was folic acid...so i just take one with my cup of tea every morning!

end of the day its upto you, folic acid is definietly advisable tho!

Was going to say the same as twiggy.
I'm not taking any vitamins cos I think if you're eating a healthy diet then you don't really need to but I'd definitely recommend folic acid.
