If you're not sure when you're O'ing or when AF is due, I like temping. It tells you all of that (granted, O only AFTER the fact), but OPKs will help you pinpoint when you O (don't do that yet myself...going to give it a few more months - too cheap to spend the money! damn accountant's brain! )

Thanks for the great welcome and all the advice you've given.

It is now 5 days since my week of weirdest cycle ever and I still have tender boobs, had dizziness, metalic taste in mouth and felt off yesterday. My boobs have been very sore, almost bruised. I do know that this last period, I had no symptoms of my period about to hit, at all.

Not sure if these signs are just my mind wanting all these things to add up to something. I do know that my period wan't just spotting, it was short as in 3 days and for the middle part it was the bigger clumpy dark red horriblegross bit, but as I said it was the first time I had had the "egg white" bit in the mucus.

I guess all in all it was just one of those freak monthlys and could have something to do with getting older. My mum started the menopause when she was only in her early 30's, I've gone past that mark but it is always in the back of my mind and my bio clock is making such a racket!!!

I suppose we will just have to see what happens next month.
