Do i stop taking vit B complex

I have just had cross wires on Ff and am wandering if i should stop taking my Vit B complex?

I think the b complex is fine to take throughout...

I understand it can actually help with morning sickenss when the time comes

Agnus Castus should be stopped at ov time.

And EPO too, but bvits are fine throughout.

am i right in thinking that b vits help with luteal phase length? or is this vit b50? have no idea whats the difference but it sound as though there fine to take after ov, im taking pregnacare plus with omega 3 capsules they cover all vits needed for conception preg and breast feeding i love them have taken them for a while now and when preg with daughter, and thanks for letting me know bit b helps with sickness i need all help i can with my sickness when preg as im a hypremesis sufferer xxxx

Yes B50 complex helps with LP. You are better to take B50complex as it has the right combination of B vitamins for better absorbtion into the body.
