according to my bbt im 5dpo i always got negatives on opk tests but i didnt do them at the same time everyday. My doctor has done a blood test to check if im ovulating but I wont find out the results of it until the day before af is due! Has anyone had mild cramps at 4-6 dpo and got a bfp? Ive never get af style cramps at this point in my cycle. Ive had a headache but i feel pooh at the moment woke up with the cold!

It is completely normal to have cramps at that time and still get a I had cramps a week before AF was due when I was pregnant with both my girls & I go my period is going to show nope didn't but a did. Also, My friend had cramping about 5 Dpo thought she wasn't pregnant but she's got a .
So yes you can be pregnant with cramps..
