How soon can you start having morning sickness, can it be afew days after you have conceived or not??

Unusual but I guess it can happen if you have a high HGC level. I wouldn't think you'd get morning sickness if you can't get a positive on a test though

unlikely. In my experience it started around 6 weeks

i believe i had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago and experienced one morning of morning sickness at approx 5dpo (it was horrendous!)
i googled it and while most people said it is not possible that early a lot of women were reporting that they had experienced it this early, i'll see if i can find the article and post it for you.
