Is this the first cycle off the pill?
Its possible your cycle may be longer than 28 days.

Have you just come off the pill? If so, you are likely to be late. I was by about 3-4 days. If you came off the pill a few months back and haven't been late by this much, then the chances of you being Pg are hiiiiiigggghhh! But if you have just come off the pill and you've had a BFN then I don't know really but from my experience, people are late when they have just come off the pill. I know how confusing this all is hon. If you still don't get AF by, say, Thurs then do another test cos that's a whole week late! x

it was like that 4 me, the 1st month off the pil my AF didnt come when i thought it would and i had pains like that but it might be pains from coming off the pill

when i came off the pill my first cycle was 36 days despite being 28 days long for 11 years!!

The weird thing is that I know I ovluated sometime around 6-12th because I had my "good ole" ovulation pains on the left side. My OB/GYN said that Stress cannot make your period late, just ovulation (which in turn affects the start date of your period) However, I know I ovulated...well, I guess at least I am pretty sure I did. AHHHHHH!

I was like the others...first time off BCP in about 13 years and my cycles are about 32 days...both the first and the second. We'll see what happens this time around (hoping it's actually a lot longer...like 9 months longer! )

So yeah, if it's your first cycle off BCP it may be longer than 28 days, and your cycle can change by a few days.

When you say you know you o'ed, was it just because of the cramps you got or were you temping or using opk's?

I'm feeling exactly like you are right now. This is my first month off the pill and I have sore breasts, back ache and cramping. I've never had cramping BEFORE a period before, and the back ache is something new as well. I've read that coming off the pill you can get symptoms like this so it's a little nerve racking. I'm on CD 27 right now, and I have no idea when I should get my period at this point. I've also read that many people have gotten pregnant their first month off the pill! I too had ovulation pains this month, and we did BD at that time.

Before I ever went on the pill (like 14 years ago) I had really long cycles, so I am probably going back to that. Sorry I didn't mean to derail your thread, just wanted to say I have the same things happening.

i had all them feelings the first month off the pill and was in right turmoil with cramps and emotions all over the place. It wa a relief o come on in the end so i knew my cycles were getting back to normal.

Don't listen to them. You're gonna get your BFP!! Heheheh.
