I'm Currently Feeling: | Who is taking vitamins? I've heard taking prenatal vitamins or just a multivitamin in general when you are TTC is good. Who all is taking them and what kind? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | 3 months before we started TTC, I was on a pre-natal vitamin. It was blackmores pre-conception.
Then when we found out our fertility problems I stopped taking them because I had heard it was bad to take them for prolonged periods of time. I was going to make a thread about this actually, so if anyone can confirm this for me or tell me if its just a myth then that would be great!
I'm not on anything right now but still TTC. If DH's motility has gone up to a conceivable rate then I will go back on them.
Apparently you're supposed to have been on them (ideally) 3 months before conceiving and then switch to a pregnancy one when you are pregnant. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm a cheapy and I just take two Flinstone vitamins. Same as prenatal vitamins and some docs even reccommend women take them instead of prenatal vitamins. |

| I take FertilAid which has all kinds of natural stuff, including Folic Acid and when (keyword when) I get pg, I will switch over to my rainbow light pre-natal vitamins that I bought already. Anxious much? I think so! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well considering its just vitamins and minerals it didn't make make sense to me that it was bad for you to be on them for a long time, I can't even remember where I heard it from now! |

| I keep forgetting the brand name of the pills I'm taking. I take one pre-natal vitamin a day plus two extra 1mg Folic Acid pills. | | | | Status: Offline
