If I did the BD 24 hours ago and had a shower a few hours afterwards, is it more likely to be semen or EWCM that I saw tons of earlier today?

not sure but i think if the sperm needs to get to the egg it will, what comes out is the fluid surrounding the sperm to protect it, might be wrong but thats what i thought and have read b4

What I really wanted to know was will there still be semen inside you 24 hours after sex? Or will it all have dissipated by then? (I'm just trying to tell the difference between semen and EWCM and it's impossible!)

Semen and other fluids just to help transport the sperm more or less. That is why it is good to bd when you have lots of cm so that the combination between the men and womens fluid can help move the sperm. Good question. Maybe since it has already done it's job, it leaks out right away....I am sure it can be a mixture of both.

I dunno if there is any way to tell the difference....

Mojo, I was getting it before we'd even used the Pre-seed this month and I just got another massive glob of it now and we didn't even BD last night so I'm guessing it must be EWCM........

It is hard to tell the difference. They look and feel very similar. Semen will dry up very quickly upon your fingertips and is more rubbery is consistency. It may also tend to be foamy. Semen is little more white in color rather than clear like eggwhite fluid. To help you identify the difference, when urinating eggwhite cervical fluid will often hit the water and form into a ball while it sinks to the bottom .
