i agree mojo, people know i am ttc and ask me all the time, even though they've had kids themselves and know how cycles work

Same with people at my work. And our friends are always asking about it. I think because my husband and I have been together for so long and we are really one out of so many couples without children. We must be strange or something haha. Oh well, AF came today so I am pumped and ready to go for December and it is nice that my cycles are becoming more regulated.

It feels like everyone is pregnant besides me. I've even had a couple friends of mine have abortions somewhat recently. It's sad because why couldn't I have had that baby?

god tell me about it, my mother is now offering to buy pg tests and pregnacare tablets when we're out shopping in a vain hope of a grandchild!!

See, I haven't told my parents yet that we're trying because I don't want a lecture from my Mom about being sure that I want kids (remember, I am 29!) (l-o-n-g story, not going to go into it here), and I don't think they've really picked up on the hints that I've dropped.

My in-laws on the other hand all know. One SIL keeps asking every monthish, but I'm not bothered by that. She's very nice about it. The other kinda doesn't bring it up unless we're already talking along similar lines (we're not as close). MIL hasn't brought it up with me, neither has FIL. MIL already has 4 grandkids and is busy helping out with them, so another one would be nice, but I think she's a little stressed out with the ones she has! But it would be DH's first, so that would be different...FIL just wants us to have a boy! So I know as soon as I announce I'm pg that's the first thing he'll want to know! though he will be happy as long as it's healthy.

As for seeing lots of pg women, no, not really. I do see some and notice smaller bellies than previously, but I think it doesn't help that I am seeing these people in toy stores! You will usually see pg women around baby stuff and I've been shopping for little nephew and niece! And none of my friends are...they've either just had their babies, babies are a year or more old, or not planning on kids.
