forgot that i needed to wait 4 hours to be able to test with OPK. with one hour left, i totally went to the bathroom and didn't realize it until after. i peed at 1pm. does this mean i have to wait until 5pm to test with OPK?

Personally I didn't wait 4 hours with OPKs! 2 ish maybe! Just carried on normal with my days just don't use FMU lol and try to avoid too many fluids is all x
