| Trying to conceive (TTC) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Ontario, Canada Posts: 267 | How much folic acid are you taking? my dr has prescribed me 5mg of folic acid, she said it's the new recommendation (used to be 1mg/1000mcg) is anyone else taking this much? now i don't want to take my multi-vitamin as it has 1mg which would be 6mg per day. has anyone heard of this?  |
