I'm Currently Feeling: | Your temp stays high after ovulation and nearing AF your temp will fall as progesterone levels are lowered to allow for your period. The sudden fall in your temp will let you know that your AF is very near..... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It can vary: some ladies see a gradual drop a few days before AF arrives, some see it drop the day she arrives and others don't get a drop until a few days into AF - it all just depends on how the progesterone levels happend to drop.
Good luck - hope the stays away! | | | | Status: Offline
