Home Remedies To Bring On AF From BCP??

Hi All,
Having researched on the net apparently there are some home remedies to try and bring on

Rasberry Tea apparently is a good one!
I was just wondering if anyone has tried anything that has worked?

hi helen,i havent tried that but might give it a go,raspberry tea sounds nice but i bet it tastes awful,have you got anymore home remedies to try?
i came off pill april 2008 and waited 11 month for my first af,currently sitting here waiting for the second af,im cd 38 today.whats your story.

Hey huns, I have heard sex can bring it on. Not sure how reliable that is but sure is fun trying!!! lol Never heard of the raspberry tea but when i was pg the midwife told me to try rasp leaf tea to bring on labour (once i was late). It was disgusting! Thought it sounded nice but was horrid! I came of implanon on jan and it took 57 days for first af. Thought i was pg, took hpt (by the dozen), then went to have bloods done and af came the day i was going to get results! Good luck xxx

Nice to hear from you.
I stopped my Minulet Pill March 11th 09 had my pill period and since then have been waiting and waiting - had a bit of spotting on Sat 2nd May for that day and thats been it have got cramping and boobs feel quite big I havent done a pregnancy test as I'm a bit skint at mo as I live in Cyprus and they are a bit costly here plus i'm pretty sure i'm not pregnant!
I also read Dandelion Root, Burdock Root and Parsley infused in hot water helps aswell!
I'm drinking Rasberry Tea which sounds nicer than what it is!! nothing yet but will let you know!

Took me around 90 days for AF after coming off bcp...and it was most painful iv ever had! But i was getting fed up of waiting and so OH and i tried lots of bd and im sure it did actually help!!!

i beleive sex does aswell.. when im due on and we ever BD i always seem to come on quicker so maybe it does

I know what you mean Twiggy, my first af after bc was no painful and heavier than i can ever remember. Have settled now - thank god!
