Question

Flat temps post ovulation?

I am 8DPO. My temps have indeed risen since ovulation but for the past 4days, they have remained high but flat (exact temp reading).....

They are definitely over the cover line.

Any reason for flat temps after ovulation....??

are you using fertility friend can you upload it so i can have a look. Temps do rise after ovulation and stay high till the start of your next cycle as long as its above the coverline it should be ok. But im not 100% sure this is my first time doing charting and mine looks more like rocky mountain than anything else

your chart looks good hun i wouldnt worry about it you are well above the cover line. just reading up on temps po and temps do rise then even out then drop just before the arrives if they stay elevated for i think it was 18 days post ovulation its a good indication your preggers. hopefully are temps will stay high and we will get our bfp. you are roughly at the same time as me in your cycle any symptoms????
