Can someone explain ovulation cramps to me? Are they like period cramps? I am having some cramping on my right side this morning and it feels like AF cramps but AF isn't due until next week. I thought I already ovulated, maybe I'm ovulating now instead? *so confused*

I think that ovulation cramping is a little different than period cramping. The twinges are alittle more isolated around your ovaries. However I also feel alittle af type cramping as well but very very mild.

It's just an general achiness and not so much a "period" type cramp. I don't get them every month though.

I must have a long Ovulation. Cause I took another test tonight at 5:30 and still got a positive..... 24 hrs and 3 positive OPKs!!!!! Plus im still having Ovulation cramping. (CD16)
