ClearBlue Digital Ovulation Test

Hi Guys,

So I've read on the internet that it's best not to use first morning urine when testing but in the instuctions inside the best says you can use first morning urine. Do you girls recommend after urine to test (is it better) and let's say I get a positive test in the afternoon...when should I have intercourse, right away? How many times, will that increase my chances? Just wondering if anyone could provide some feedback on this, I would greatly appreciate it! I really hope this month is the month ) Thanks Ladies!

I've had positive opks with fmu, in the afternoon and at 11pm inc cb digis. I think late morning to early afternoon is suggested as I've heard (not too sure if it's true) many women ov mid-afternoon.

TBH if you can see the progression on the opks then you'll get an idea of when you'll get a positive opk. You'll likely ov 12-48 hours after a positive.

I'd suggest you bd on the day of the positive and the next two days to cover all bases. Gl x

Hi,

I was advised to test in the afternoon (make sure you haven't pee'd in at least 3hrs though). I agree with Carhar (hi by the way *waves*) on the b'ding pattern.

To increase chances of CM drink plenty of water, you could also try preseed (sperm friendly lubricant). Also one important thing to remember when you ov, don't get too stressed about "missing the window" - relax. I've read loads of stories where stress has caused all sorts of problems with TTC

Good luck

Help with clearblue digital opk!

We having been trying to conceive for over a year and I never have a regular cycle. It could be 3 months without it could be another within 2 weeks of each other. Last couple of months I did notice I was coming at the beginning of each month. I decided to get the Clearblue digital ovulation kit. I took it for the first time Monday around 4pm and was surprised to see a Smiley face . Around 7pm I wanted to try again. Just got a O no face. The next day I took another test around 2pm and got another Smiley face . Of course I took another one that night around 8pm and got another O no face. Today is Wed. 3rd day and this morning I did another test and I got another Smiley face !! I am very confused on whats going on. Can someone help me??
