HELP Any advice!!! Update

I had AF on March 1st for about 5 days with unprotected sex on the 8th March. My cycle is normally 28days like clockwork but on the 27th March AF came for 4 days. Unprotected sex again on the 5th April but then 17th April I had what i thought was early AF for 2 days light then spotting for about 3. I got BFN on 22nd April and then again on 27th April (pm) and 28th April (early morning urine).

Can anyone tell me or advise me whats going on. I have only 1 ovary which had been missing for 35 years and I have had 3 pregnancys already. I need to know because I am seperated from my hubby and need to sort things.

Please help!!!

How old are you (only ask because 35 years with only 1 ovary is longer than I've been alive) - are you possibly early menopause??

Just a suggestion - sorry if I'm way off the mark.

I know I sound ancient but I'm only 39 - I had my ovary removed when I was 4 years old, I was born with a dermoid cyst which turned gangreous.

Could it be that the AF you had on 17th April was normal AF that just came early and lighter for whichever reason, in which case, you are CD12 in a new cycle?

It could be but just seems strange as I am normally like clockwork. I just wondered if I was worrying about nothing - when I got BFN I thought that was it but after reading other posts it seems false negatives are quite common. Its been a long time since I was pregnant last so not sure.

I forgot to add that my head feels odd (like dizzy) feel sick sometimes and by end of day tummy is bloated. its probably the stress of wondering!!

Did you recently go off the bcp? Cause in the past whenever I have gone off my periods are crazy like that and I dont feel good, I think because of hormone changes. Also, dont totally dismiss the early minopause thing, my mom started having menapausal symptoms before 40.

Sorry for aging you by quite a few years with the menopause comment!!

I've got no idea what effect only one ovary has on fertility, does it mean you don't always ovulate every cycle?

I'm still not entirely sure what's going on. Spotting could be implantation if it's come earlier than you were expecting

I haven't worked out your dates but if the unprotected sex was around when you should have been ovulating then it's possible that it's just not showing up on a test yet.

Still no AF and if the bleeding on 17th Apr was AF then she should have arrived yesterday! or was it implantation bleeding and this would be 2nd AF missed??? Am I being paranoind????
