Question about Vitamin B Complex

I bought some Vitamin B Complex today from Boots. Just wondering how many I should take. On the bottle it says it contains the following:

Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.4mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.6mg
Niacin (Vitamin B3) 18mg NE
Vitamin B6 2.0mg
Folic Acid 200 ug (it's not a u, but looks more like an upside down h)
Vitamin B12 1.0ug
Pantothenic Acid 6.0mg

Hopefully someone will be able to help me because I have absolutely no idea!

Hi Susan,

There's a great thread on B Complex, B6 and the Luteal Phase. I don't know how to link it (Amerikiwi usually does it!!), but I can bump it up for you. It's really long, but has some awesome information on it. Hope it's able to help!

Hi Susan. I use the Boots B Complex - slow release one, costs about £6. It has so far worked for me in increasing my LP. I personally take one a day in the morning.

Lots of luck to you

Thanks girls. The ones I got weren't that expensive. Just under £2 for 60 tablets. If you could bump up that thread for me then that would be great xxx

Hi Susan_1981,

I take Holland & barrett b complex slow released, and take one a day. Normally the labels have info about the recommended intake.

The thread mentioned by Cleo is pretty good.

Good luck!
