what supplements do you take?

I'm being nosey! I only take folic acid, but just wondered if any body could reccomend anything else? Also I'm having a complete memory block! I can't remember the name of the supplement to lengthen your luteal phase! Any help would be greatly received!!

I was taking a pre-natal vitamin the month I got pregnant. Right now I am taking a multivitamin and a folic acid supplement. good luck

6 weeks before bfp I started magnesium, selenium, zinc, bcomplex (which this or b6 is what you were thinking of) and continued prenatal which had my folic acid

dh started zinc, bcomplex, vit e, vit c, and multivitamin

I would do some research & see what you think would be best for you. There is another thread started that was talking about supplements from today- might want to hunt for it.
