Can I test ...

well if i wait about 2 or 3 hrs and dont eat or drink anything can i test or do i HAVE to wait until tomorrow morning???

I agree with the others, your best chance of getting a correct result is to test with FMU.

I agree that FMU is the best to test with, try to wait as long as possible.

If you have lots of tests, then why not do one? BUT yes, waiting for FMU is the best and more accurate!
