I had that during a vaginal ultrasound and he told me its follicles (I thought I had some cyst but thank God I didnt!!). Does it mean that I would have ovulated soon? Someone help!

I felt ovulation pain in my left side of my lower abdomen a day after he detected it.

Does it mean I actually ovulated? (this happened like two days ago)

Yes, follicles contain the eggs that are released at ovulation. Usually only one mature follicle will rupture and release an egg...absolutely completely and utterly normal!!!
