One fallopian tube question?

I have a question that i cant find the answer too anywhere so thought i might ask here and see what i get.
I had my left fallopian tube removed due to ectopic, and since then i have noticed that some months i get period like cramps around OV for about 3-4 days, but not every month. Example...the last 3 months no pain, then this month i have had cramps for the last 2 days. I was wondering could this pain be due to me maybe OV on my right side (the side i have my tube) and when i get no pain is it because im OV on my left?
It might sound a daft question, but it just made me think.

hiya,
don't know whether this is anyhelp to you at all. i had my left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to a ruptured cyst. i still get pains in my left side, and there is nothing there. I had that op ten years ago!! i am seeing a fertility doctor and he says that i ovulate every month, obviously from my right side, the odd month i get pains in my right side, sometimes my left.

i realise that was no help to you at all.sorry. maybe it is the ovulation process.

Hi ladies

well I had my right ovary and tube removed a few years ago now, 5 actually. I have been pregnant 3 times since then and ttc right now. I still get twinges and pains in my right area but I think its more of a phantom pain as its impossible to get pain where there is nothing there.
