pain in left side, any sort of advice please

I had a faint positive line on a pregnancy test then a negative then my af turned up four days late. Now i still have sore bigger boobs, I am on 3rd day of af and still heavy bleeding with (sorry tmi) huge clots. And now I have been having stabbing pains in my left side for the last 5 minutes and feeling very nauseaous. I have no idea whatsoever whats going on. Maybe chemical pregnancy but why the side pain? Maybe a fluke on the pregnancy test, but yet why this pain. I've no idea, anyone know anything?

Please please please go to A&E now.
I had this and it was ectopic. Mine ruptured and I could be dead. Please honestly go now. It might be fine but please get it checked out.
The pain in my left side was the blood collecting in my pelvic space and the ectopic was on the right.
I hope I am wrong, but please get it checked out. If its ectopic you dont have time to mess around.
