OPK possitive on CD12 and again on CD15

Hi folks,

I just wondered whether this has happened to anyone else.

I started using OPK's this month on CD10 and had a clear positive result on CD12 as this was early for me i did three tests in total on CD12 all a clear positive with a line matching the reference line. I dont know what possessed me but as i would have normally got a positive today (CD15) and OV on CD16 i came home from work and did another and again a clear positive with the test line as dark as the reference line. I dont know why i did it, i just had a sudden urge. Now i am confused. Since getting the first positive we have been like mad. Dont know what to think of this. Should we assume that i had a false positive on either of the days? Should i assume that this is the real OV indicator as i have OV'd on CD16 for the last three months.

Am so confused.

Wendy

Could be a couple of things...either you geared up to O on cd12 and eggy didn't quite make it out till cd15....or you have a really long surge and you caught it on the way up and the way down. This is when temping comes in really handy...

Temping is my next step especially if this is going to happen.

I am a huge fan of deluxe charting....CM, OPK's, temp...I highly recommend it for everyone. The only thing I can't work out is the cervix position. Gives me the willies to check that far up. If I didn't chart though I don't think I would have a clue as to when I ovulate. I am very lucky though in the fact that I have a very clear temp pattern, and a long LH surge; I normally get +'s for 3 days in a row. Because of my temp though I know I have not popped an egg quite yet, but from my charting history I am 99% sure it will get released today.

Whatever the case with you I hope you catch the eggy!
