sharp stabbing pains in lower left abdomen w/nausea in 2ww, could something be wrong?

please answer. i'm afraid something might really be wrong with me? i honestly do not think i conceived this month, as all HPT's are BFN, even 12 dpo. and my temp dropped today. but i am having a terrible pain in my lower left abdomen. just inside my hip bone? as i am writing this the pain is spreading to include my entire lower abdomen? it has been just in the one side on and off for about 3 days. also, today, it is accompanied by nausea, for the first time. has anyone experienced this? please help. i'm worried. i also should add that i had a m/c last month? it was early on 6w3days and it was complete, no D&C, thank you for looking and baby dust to all.

my advice is you should get yourself to the doctor and get him to check you over to find out what it is. I had the a similar sounding thing last month and i ended up having a bladder infection and it affected the whole of my lower abdomen, so defo get it checked out. good luck, hope you get your answers.xxx

Hi, i get this a few days before AF and for the first 2 days of AF
if its not normal for you or it gets worse maybe see your dr

this sounds terrible i agree though you should get to your GP and found out ...i just dont understand why alot of people come to these forums and ask for medical advise from strangers! its a great place for support and talk about things share stories and give opions but for goodness sake if you are ill like having shooting pains get the doctor!!! hope you feel better real soon.
