Trying to conceive

Hi,

when trying to conceive do you think it is best to chart your fertility and BD on the days that you are most fertile or just BD every other day for the whole month??

I think it's completely up to you and what you are most comfortable with. We never charted or anything but I fell pregnant fairly quickly (within 3 months).

lol I don't think I could cope with BD every other day for the whole month !!!! I would say whatever you want to do that you are both happy with just make sure that you BD at the most important time xx

I vote for charting, but I am a control freak!

Charting for me led to a BFP, and DH and I did not BD much beyond the fertile period.

We tried the "not preventing, not trying" route for a good few years, then when I started charting I learned a lot more about my body and what to look for. I found it very helpful as have many gals on here.

I think its what you can handle as well

but charting was also helpful to me after a few months of trying....It seems the more you try and don't get the BFP the more you add things to help you out, so you can start simple and build
