Ever had a false positive on a Clearblue pregnancy test

Just a question of curiosity if anyone has ever had or believed they may have had a false positive on a Clearblue home pregnancy test?

Or did you look at it for hours on end & still have a pearly white control panel?

I did in July.
Can't remember if it was AG or Imi i showed it to... there was still a big blue line there. And my chart showed I ovulated 6 days later
And the doctors did a test too and that was negative.
(I had about 4 positives that day!)

Quacks tests are so unreliable anyway look at the incident with me when my ordeal carried on for 2 months a level of 70 odd but a negative test?!

A low hCG count can still give a faint positive also if you have experienced a chemical pregancy & have bled as if it's AF. Again one month when we were messing around that time I found that out.

I find mine only stay faint before I MC - It was Tam who said she swore she was preggers yet ALL day her CB stayed pearly white.

As long as the result is read within the 10 minutes then any faint line will indicate hCG is present.

I honestly don't think CB gives off false positives! I think its possible for evap lines on ALL brands but if it's read within the 10 minutes then your test is showing a level of hCG present. Evap lines are dull/grey & lack any colour - Like a dent mark.

hehe thought i was going crazy unable to remember who i showed them to!!
The lines were there straight away and were the CB blue lines, defo not evap.
Couldn't say what it was that could've given me that line i was only on CD14, I O'd that month on CD21. Was crazy!
The test the doc did was one that was sent to the labs, not the dipstick ones.

Still the same LOL

My doc sent mine off - Negative

I went to the hospital - Negative yet a blood showed 70 odd!

So your saying 4 tests within 10 minutes with clear blue lines are false Hayley?

You can ovulate twice in one month also plus temps can go up an down with day to day life I know FF has tried to shift my lines but I knew it was bull so discarded the temp or used the corrector!

Yeah there were 4 CB's that were false within the 10 mins timeframe.
I did a thread on the other forum was called "if i didn't know better" cos i had all the pregnancy symptoms.
Was very weird.
I spent about £50 on tests that day! lol!!
