help!! 1st timer


how do i know where to count my cycle from??

i took off my patch last sunday8th, started my withdrawel bleed(?? is that what theyre called?) on friday 13th in the morning, where do i count from? or do i not start start counting yet til i get a true period??

I wouldnt start counting properly till you get a true period, you could get sum cheap ovulation tests of ebay though and test every day so if you ovulate before you get your period you will know. You can get like 20 for a couple of pounds xx

so once i get a tru period do i count from its 1st day???

i fell daft asking these q's lol, im even nervous about having a proper period.... been 7years on bc was havig 15 day bleeds aver 3 weeks at 14 15 so dr put me on pill never not been on bcp since so not looking fwd to a long period again. . .

Actually u might not go back to long periods. I was on bc for long periods, 15- 16 days, and mine didnt go back to long after coming off after 4 years. Although i did have to wait until 6 months after coming off implanon. Blah. Good luck!

I was on the patch! I got preggo right away but that didn't go well and I did go back to a regualar cycle at first, but its changed since. Good luck to you. The girls have given you good advice so far.

The patch made my periods shorter too. I was 7 days, now I am only 4 or so.
