Symptoms/negative tests & no idea when due!

I came off cerazette on the 26th dec. I had some bleeding over a couple of days the following week but presumed this wasn't a period. Since I came off the pill I've had cramps and bloating so eagerly awaited my period but a month later nothing. This past few days my breasts have been really sore and my tummy hurts like hell, I also had the find toilets 3 times in one shopping trip. As I've got no clue when my period should be I took a test which is negative but the breast pain and weird tastes are not symptoms of any period in my past so I'm a bit confused! Could I be testing too early or is it just the withdrawal from cerazette?

Now I know nobody can tell me for sure but I would love to hear other experiences!
