Chloe's usual sleep is from 10pm until 9am (no nap during the day) but she tends to sleep a bit longer when she is taking a stretch.

Oliver sleeps 8-8 or sometimes 8-9.30 he has a 1.30 to 2hr nap in the day and would have more if he could, he gets more sleepy when he is having a growth spurt, but like me he is just lazy I think.
