How long is there between..

How long Is there between your toddlers last meal/ snack and bed?

Also if you give a snack or supper - what do you give? Need some good 'filling' food ideas.

Thanks xx

LO has dinner at 5pm-5.30pm, it's normally a proper filling meal and then a pudding such as yoghurt, fruit puree and then a snack like a small biscuit.

If she refuses dinner through tiredness or anything I usually let her pick at some toast around 6pm or make up some porridge.

She goes to bed around 6.30pm and has a 2-3oz bottle of milk.

If we're at home, dinner is roughly 5.00- 5.30. I'll make sure it's potatoes or pasta, something to fill his belly up. We don't usually have puddings. Bed is 7.30. If he's been to nursery he eats much earlier, about 4 i think so he'll have some fruit or yoghurt or toast when we get home at 6.

Alexa eats Dinner at 5:00 and goes to bed at 6:30 with an 8 oz of milk. She may not drink all of the milk, it all depends on how well she ate dinner.

Lo has dinner at 5.00pm and goes to bed at 7.00pm. She doesn't have milk anymore before bed so I will usually offer her some toast or maybe a rice cake.
