Nappy Rash...skin peeling?


Little man has a seriously sensitive bum! He has ended up getting nappy rash, luckily its alot better than it was however bits of his skin has peeled...should i continue to put on sudocrem or shall i leave it to heal naturally? x

i used biphamphan (sp) when my little mans bum was like that. it healed a lot faster

it seemed to clear up with in the day when i started using it on my DS

One thing that really worked for me when his bum was like that was the aloe vera gel. Green gel in a bottle with a pump. Rather inexpensive. His bum would get better instantly and almost new again within a day.

I always found that the normal bum cream was a better prevention that healing tool.

Also, I found that my son's bum would only get like that with cheaper brands of diapers (nappies).

Thanks girls...he usually gets skin peeling when he poos whilst sleeping and doesnt wake up immediatly. He has a real sensitive bottom xx

Aww bless him. I use Metanium cream on my LO, its fab stuff x
