Pround Mummy Moment...

Charlie had his 2-3 year development assessment yesturday and the HV said he is coming on amazingly and is especially inpressed with his clear speech and how well he strings sentences together.

However we are at the docs today to have his legs checked over as both me and my OH had walking problem as I suffered with ankle problems and my OH banded knee's. Because charlie is prone to tripping over his own feet and our history. Fingers crossed everything is ok, but I would sather he get treatment now as my hubby has only got treatment in past year and he suffereds terrible pains in his knee's.

congratulations on the fabulous feedback from the HV! It's nice to be told how well your child is doing even if you know it and see them do new things all the time

Hope the drs go ok

Seen the dr, turns out he has got inturned feet, so we are now waiting for an appointment for him to be fitted for insoles. It's most likely due to being flat footed as I was and diagnosed when I was 3. Not a biggy, but so glad the HV mentioned as I just didn't think that coz he tripped a few times would mean he had a problem as he's is a great walker/runner.
