Question

What do you feed a LO with an upset tummy?

Yesterday and Thursday Molly was not herself. She was REALLY tired all day, and just wanted to sit and cuddle. She was eating fine, and her only symptoms were a little cough and a slightly raised temperature. Today she seems a lot better, except she has had really runny poos, and keeps pulling her legs in suddenly like she has a tummy ache. What foods are best to give when they have upset tummies?

Stay away from dairy and that, I'd just give her plain stuff, toast, pasta. Hope she is better soon

The BRAT diet is given to adults when diarrhea and upset stomach is present - stands for bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. Any of these should be easy on your daughter's tummy as well.
