just a little update

taking some of your advice I moved her nap until after lunch this week and already see an improvement in her sleep Unfortunately she is up until nearly 1 without a nap (she refuses lunch any earlier than 12:15/12:30) but this is so much better than the short 20-30 minute naps I was getting. thanks again!

a bit over 2 hours on Monday though we did have to resettle her twice. and an hour and a half yesterday Sure beats the 20-30 minutes she was going.
