bad mummy moment.

i felt so so bad, even if it wasnt me that done it.

Joshua has a thing of drinking some tea out of a cup in the morning, which is fine.
i make it with warm milk then dip the teabag in just so it changes the colour of the milk.
*he wont drink milk o its own out of a cup or beaker*

well this morning hubby made me and him a cup of tea and Joshua started stressing because he didnt have one.

hubby put my tea on the windowsill, which is quite high but obviously not high enough.
i went into the kitchen to make joshua a tea.

next i heard Joshua was crying and not just a cry like he does when he doesnt get his own way.

ive gone into the living room where hubby and Joshua was and Joshua had decided to pull my cup off the windowsill because he wanted tea.

it was hot as it was only freshly made.
good job hubby was there coz i wouldnt of been able to react quick enough to get to him in the livingroom from the kitchen.

he had a t-shirt on so hubby pulled that off as quick as he could and i put a cold compress on him.

the tea only went onto one arm but still its enough for you to feel bad.

he only cried when hubby was taking his top off.

OMG i felt so bad that he has spilt tea over himself.

hes fine now, you cant see where it was so must be ok.

sorry pointless but just a bad mummy moment.

We all do things from time to time which we feel bad about.. don't beat yourself up over it too much - I know I always do.
