How much food for breakfast is important?

Hello.
My question is about breakfast. Mostly my son has cereal and its mostly lucky charms, lol anyway, is one bowl of cereal enough to keep his small brain running on full for school?
Thanks,

That is what my son eats. He usually had a snack about 10am so that ties him over until lunch.

Does he get a snack at school.
