Getting Her OUT of Our Bed!

Does anyone know HOW?? I let Char sleep in bed with me the night I brought her back from the ER when she had pneumonia cause DH was working that night and I was scared of her breathing. Since then she's been in bed with us. She will NOT going to sleep w/o one of us in bed with her and won't go to sleep in her own bed. If we transfer her to her own bed she just comes running back into our room in the middle of the night and won't go back down in hers. Any help?

You could try the withdrawal method. Start with laying with her in her bed. Then sitting, then sitting by the bed, so on and so forth, you slowly get further from her each night as she goes to sleep. Its a process, but might work.
