He's still unwell

Chase has had a cold for the past few weeks. Yes, a bit more clingier but not lethargic, crawling around, and no fever.

So, I know he's had colds before and we all seem to have one in the house right now that's lingering. Was going to bring him to the clinic last week but it was closed. Nice.

But seems he does have a tummy bug now as after the incident with the car ride yesterday and he didn't keep much in his stomach since then until the wee hours of this morning. His temp was 38.3 yesterday. Poor little guy!

Off to the doctors we go today.

Aaah, that is so sad. Hope he will be better soon. I think it is the time of the year though. Rayan is having a bad cold that seems to last and last.

Doctor thinks that as Chase was getting over one bug, another caught him

Anyhow, his ears are fine, chest is clear (although his cough doesn't sound like it), he is a low-grade fever and was swabbed for strep with results not known for a day or two. He has not vomitted since last night so that part of it is ok.

He's not entirely on his milk but more on water and bland foods such as crackers, etc.

Once he starts feeling better (and I can't wait), he's getting the H1N1 vaccination. My kids will be getting theirs done in a few weeks when it's available to them.
