My boys began sleeping with pillows when they were about 1.5 years old. They love it.

So I gave Harley a pillow, a flat one. I was thinking about it and she sleeps in my bed all the time and has her head on my pillows and their fluffy ones. I recently put her crib up as a toddler bed so....I am hoping this makes her more comfortable
Here's a pic of our beds. I have it so I can still nurse her to sleep, but she has her own space as well. Gives me more room lol

Daisy has had one from about 10 months but they say a year. She slept much more soundly with a pillow!
