Blood nose(ish)???

Hey all, wondering if anyone can help me out with some advice?
My son is 18months and lately he has been getting a lot of blood in his snot? Not having blood noses but just when I get him to blow his nose it's all bloodied?
Is this a normal kind of thing does anyone know???

I don't think so, he hasn't cottoned onto the wonderful world of putting things up noses yet!

Sorry for TMI but I have the same thing myself lately (and no, I haven't been putting my finger up my nose lol). If the weather there has been really dry lately or the air conditioner has been on, that could easily be the problem. A humidifier in his bedroom may help, or a moistening nasal spray if he'll let you.
