storage

What kind of storage do you have for toys? Hannah's have been in cardboard boxes for a while now but since her first birthday that's just not working well for me (too many toys, can't keep the pieces together etc.). Stan had talked about doing a toy box but I'm not sure if that will help (will still be one big box for all toys which will probably end up missing pieces--I'm strange I know )

So do you use toy boxes/shelves/a combination of the two? Links and pics would be great

This what we have for Josh, it's really good because it can just roll everywhere. We bought the lids, but honestly we never used them. They are quite roomy as well.

http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/80098516

And we bought a few from walmarts

They were like 8$ each I think. We bought different sizes, they're good for the blocs, art/crafts stuff etc. We use them for those and just stack them in his closet.

Ps: hubby made shelves in Josh's closet, so we also store quite a lot in there xxx

It works really well for us + it's cheap!. xx

We have big buckets...similar to what is posted above. They were just an inexpensive option. Pretty soon we are going to be buying something like these though

Or a wooden bookshelf type thing with some canvas baskets on them and I'm going to label each with what goes in there so they can easily clean up the right way haha

we have these ones which are the same as MO3 posted above.. we also bought extra of the boxes (the big blue ones) and have them downstairs next to the sofa, one with books in and the other with toys in.

Those ones I posted are from IKEA they have a few diff options and colors. They are pretty cheap, ikea stuff isn't really meant to last forever but we figure with the kids we are going to want to change it in a few years anywyas and at these prices we can afford to hah
