Nappy Sizing

How long were your LO's in the different sizes?

Especially 4, 4+ & 5?

He fits into both 4 and 4+ atm!

my son always runs over the weight guide on the packet for nappies , i think its because he is quite slim ( great long body and a tiny waist) wearing size 4 atm but we are still pulling both tabs in till they meet in the middle pretty much.
i think it depends on the brand, been using size 4 pampers for a few months , tried huggies size 4 but they leaked every noght without fail. i think he could probably have gotten away with a 3 in these as the gap around the legs seems massive and this is where they leak from when they are very wet, i have never had to do the tabs up more than an inch apart on any brand ( if that makes sense)
but .... im sure the smaller the size the more you get in the box for the same price, so if you can fit into a 4 then use a 4 until you need to go up ( not actually you obviously i mean lo) hehe

I guess here they are sized differently? We don't have a 4+. Hayden is 22mo and in a size 3. By this point my older 2 were in 4, we never went higher than a 4 before they potty trained

Dec never stayed in one size to long, he always started to lesk really quickly I think he went from a 4-5+ in about 5-6 months. He was in a 4 from about 8 months and went into a 5+ at about 13-14 months.

summer is 15 months and has been in 4+ for about 3-4 months now and they still fit her nicely, so its taking us quite a while to move through the sizes.
