next time round ...

when you have / had your second child is/was there anything that you wanted to do differently? like cloth, co-sleeping, BF etc?

when i have my next i definately want to do cloth as soon as i get home and just use disposables in the hospital.

i also want to persevere more with BF ... i'll be staying in the hospital for longer so i'll take all the help i can get!

I would use cloth nappies. I do now but just during the day.

I would try harder to breastfeed.

I would get someone to video straight after the baby was born.

I'd want more videos of the actual birth, the camera ran out of battery as I was pushing!

I'd do cloth, I am going to start doing cloth once Lyla starts crawling/becoming mobile. I have a few cloth bums already but never switched!

Persevere with breastfeeding, and if not possible again I won't put myself down.

But overall I am happy with the way I parent Lyla x

I wouldn't swaddle.
I won't use baby wipes when my baby is just born (took the skin off Isla )

I can't think of much else I would change, I managed to do everything I wanted to do
Oh, they won't be in stupid outfits all the time! Sleepsuits day and night!

I'll use cloth nappies earlier (only switched when Evelyn was 11m old),
I'll be more assertive when it comes to making decisions as I was very shy when Evelyn was born and didn't stand up for myself and my decisions enough.
I also want to breastfeed for longer

I wouldn't change much really, I thought I did pretty good with Hayden up until now.

I didn't change much between my two, I think the only thing I had wanted to do differently, which I did, was breastfeed longer. And I breastfed my son until around 11 months when he'd started to walk.

I would of liked to breast feed (: I planned to, but FOB and his family bullied me into FF and I've regretted it ever since.

I also wouldn't buy as much as I have this time, as some of the things aren't actually needed.

Oh, and I'd get more pictures of me and my daughter. Because I'm with her all day, it's hard to get a proper picture of us both because there's nobody who can take it for me aha.

That's all though (:

More photos videos of labour!

I WILL NOT be induced, I went through sheer hell. I want to labour as much as I can at home.

Also have more support bf because I didn't get much and harley ended up starved and I was really sick!
